How to Develop a Sports Lifestyle?


World is fully covered by games and sports in different countries. All countries have their own  national sport. Same like that in our country where we have  our own sport and games.  Most people are playing football. Football is a world game and there are lots of comparisons with each other. In Bhutan also we are creating different clubs and conducting a tournament. Through the sport all the people get their own sports. 


  • Maintain Healthy Body and peaceful mind

“Sport players should maintain a healthy body and peace of mind” said by great people in the world Our mind should control the body activity that is why we all need a peaceful mind .When we play a game we need to exercise our body to remove pain and attention. When we play all the attention is removed from our mind and body. People who do not play sports and games that person  more are getting disease and they need to stay in attention and worry. Indirectly sports is  medicine for our mind 



  • Build a relationships

Sport is also one tool to build relationships with different people and countries. For Example football player is one who builds relationships with different countries.  In Bhutan there are so many clubs like football, basketball, Volleyball and other indoor games. When they play with different countries they need to talk and help each other in difficult conditions. Some players get the opportunity to play in different country clubs. In Bhutan Chencho Gyeltshen is one famous football player in Bhutan, He get offer to play in different country





  • Sport can maintain blood pressure.

Sports are very essential for every human life which keeps them fit and fine and physical strength. It has great importance in each stage of life. It also improves the personality of people. Sports keep our all organs alert and our hearts become stronger by regularly playing some kind of sports. sports has always given priority from old ages and nowadays it has become more fascinating. Due to the physical activity blood pressure also remains healthy, and blood vessels remain clean. Sugar level also reduces and cholesterol comes down by daily activity. Different people have different interests in sports but the action is the same in all sports.


 


  • Solve the unemployment by sport

Sports is also one tool to solve the problem of unemployment in the country. For example in Bhutan there are many clubs  like football, chess, volleyball and basketball clubs in Bhutan. Those are able to play well there, take in clubs and give some amount for a player to Settle their own life. In the world 75% of people get jobs from games and sports . Some people say sports is one activity to develop the country's revenue and infrastructure like ground and other important services like hotel service.





Sports can keep our body healthy and mindful. By playing sports even at a young age you can also be better and free from some diseases. By playing sports lung function also improves and becomes healthy because more oxygen is supplied. Sports also improves bone strength even in old age.  Due to the physical activity blood pressure also remains healthy, and blood vessels remain clean. Sugar level also reduces and cholesterol comes down by daily activity. In the world most people have  independent lives.
